What is HPV - Human Papillomavirus?
HPV is a common virus that affects both females and males. Most types of HPV are harmless, do not cause any symptoms, and go away on their own. About 30 types of HPV are know as genital HPV affecting the genital area. Some are high risk and can cause cervical cancer or abnormal cells in the lining of the cervix that sometimes turn into cancer. Others are low risk and can cause genital warts and changes in the cervix that are benign (abnormal but non cancerous).

What is GARDASIL and what is it used for?
GARDASIL is the only cervical cancer vaccine that helps protect against 4 types of human papillomavirus (HPV): 2 types that cause 70% of cervical cancer cases, and 2 more types that cause 90% of genital warts cases. The duration of protection of GARDASIL has not been established.

What is MiniArc Single-Incision Sling?

What do I do if I miss one or two Birth Control Pills?
If you accidently miss one or two birth control.pills in a row, we recommend that you take two the following day at the regular schedule time. If missed two pills, you'll double up the first day and then double up the second day until caught up. You may spot during this time which is completely normal.
